Our Founder

Jes Zelesko

My name is Jes Zelasko. I am the founder of Marvelous Miracles for St. Jude’s. Marvelous Miracles has a goal of raising 1.7 million dollars, that would be enough to run St. Jude for one entire day.

I have been honored to have been a volunteer for St. Jude for fifteen years. I have helped with many local events and have held eight pasta dinners for the hospital. When I started to learn more about the reality of childhood cancer and what these children go through on a daily basis, I wanted to help expose the truth to others. The reality that is childhood cancer. I also wanted to raise enough money to run St. Jude’s for an entire day.

My passion for this work comes from some of my personal struggles in dealing with Cerebral Palsy and some of the issues that I deal with. Because of this I feel that I can relate to these children in a special way. My heart also goes out to anyone that is struggling, especially children.

What I discovered about childhood cancer is that not only are children dying everyday, but they have no other treatment. This is why I feel so passionate for this foundation, because it is so needed.
